Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Every order ships with a tracking number.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared within 24–48 business hours after payment. During periods of very high demand, processing can take a little longer; we will keep you informed by email.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 6–10 business days after your order has shipped. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or public holidays may occasionally occur.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at shopbeaute9@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We will locate your parcel with the carrier or send you a replacement free of charge.

Shipping Protection (optional)

At checkout you can add Shipping Protection. It covers parcels marked as delivered but stolen, subject to a signed declaration and a police report.

Shipping address

Please make sure your address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
