We want you to love your Vitaly nebulizer. If you are not satisfied, you have 100 days from delivery to contact us.
How it works
- Email us at shopbeaute9@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- If the product is defective, please include a short photo or video showing the issue.
- Our team will reply within 24–48 business hours with a solution: a free replacement or a refund.
In most cases you will not need to send the product back. If a return is required, we will tell you how.
Defective products
If your product does not work properly, we will send you a free replacement after reviewing your photos or video.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–8 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it on your account.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been prepared for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible at shopbeaute9@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you remain covered by our 100-day guarantee.
